Returns

We do not except returns at any time.

Once a part has been handled, opened, or installed, it can't be returned. All other sales are final, so please check that a part fits your bike before you order. Each bike page on our site lists the parts made for it.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Contact us at (415) 528-1131 within 7 days of delivery. Have your order number and a photo of the problem ready.
